  I've used Doug in the past several times with no issue. Today, when 240 yards of topsoil were to be delivered, he didn't show up. After calling, he came down for a quick site visit. He called us idiots and swore at us and threatened to punch me in the face. I was assertive but never aggressive and never swore. His actions are beyond reproachable. Don't work with this ticking time bomb. EVER!
